The Central – Mui Wo Ferry Route has awarded a new five-year ferry service licence to Sun Ferry Services Company. Additional ferries and new fares will come into effect from April 1, 2021. Sun Ferry will be upgrading the facilities onboard the vessels and carrying out pier beautification.
New fares will be increased by HK$1 for a single adult trip and HK$0.5 for a children/seniors/disabled single trip.

To Central
8.30am: A 400-seater fast ferry will be introduced
7.20pm: A 400-seater fast ferry will be introduced
9.40pm: A fast ferry will replace the 9.30pm ordinary ferry
To Mui Wo
9.00am: A fast ferry will replace the 9.10am ordinary ferry
5.20pm: A fast ferry will replace the 5.10pm fast ferry
8.35pm: A fast ferry will replace the 5.10pm ordinary ferry
