ASIA+ FESTIVAL

Hong Kong’s Asia+ Festival offers a vibrant, citywide celebration of cross-cultural artistry spanning the ‘Belt and Road’ countries of Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas. HONG KONG LESBIAN & GAY FILM FESTIVAL

The 37th Hong Kong Lesbian & Gay Film Festival hits town from September 4 to 20. This year’s lineup includes 37 international feature films and seven curated shorts, alongside global festival favourites, timeless classics and director Q&As. CENTRESTAGE

A must for fashion lovers (and modelizers), Centrestage returns to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from September 2 to 5. CATS THE MUSICAL

This is your last chance to see Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cats The Musical, running daily through September 6 at the Grand Theatre, Xiqu Centre. Based on T.S. Eliot’s Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats, the celebrated musical features iconic characters like Rum Tum Tugger, the rock-star cat; Mr Mistoffelees, the magical conjuring cat; and Macavity, the villainous mystery cat.
