Winter may finally be on its way for Hong Kong, with temperatures set to drop as low as 14 degrees in urban areas on Thursday morning.
According to the Hong Kong Observatory, the easterly airstream now affecting the region will strengthen tonight, while the cold air over central China will continue to extend southwards and winds will turn northerly.
Daytime temperatures are forecast to range between 16 and 22 degrees over the coming week, with rain patches expected in the run up to the weekend. Humidity levels are expected to drop considerably as things dry up next week.
