Voluntary group Migrants in Action will be holding its third of six scheduled activities tomorrow, March 13th.

The group promotes and organises a number of events for women working as domestic workers across Lantau. These activities typically consist of a workout, and a workshop of the week.

Barring a hike set for Easter Sunday, all of its activities take place at Movement Improvement, Discovery Bay North Plaza.

This Sunday’s activity will begin with the increasingly popular Zumba class led by Arlyn Fermin at 4pm.

A special workshop on how to raise self-esteem and communicating with children at a distance will follow shortly at 5pm. The distance parenting workshop will be facilitated by Marie Marchand from Parenting Dialogue.

Each session only costs HK$20. Those interested may register by sending a text or whatsapp message to 9317 6793. Slots are filled quickly, particularly for the Zumba.
