Lantau businesses support public breastfeeding campaign

Businesses across Hong Kong have joined a campaign to make breastfeeding mothers feel welcome.

The campaign was initiated by Hong Kong Unicef, in collaboration with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Department of Health, to promote a positive attitude to breastfeeding in public.

The Say Yes to Breastfeeding initiative has seen the venues pledge to support breastfeeding mothers.

The campaign calls on workplaces, individuals and public premises to sign up publicly to show their support.

Participating workplaces and restaurants on Lantau include The Airport Authority Hong Kong, Novotel Century Hong Kong, HSBC, Quality Healthcare and McDonald’s.
