Join the Discovery Run every Monday evening, starting at 7.45pm at Tai Pak Wan playground. It’s a hugely popular community activity and a great way to get or stay motivated – both physically and mentally. All are welcome. Newcomers can choose either to walk or run, while experienced runners can push themselves towards running a fast five-kilometres.

DB-based FIT 852 makes fitness interactive and fun, to help you increase cardiovascular endurance, strength, tone, agility and coordination. FitCamp welcomes men and women of all fitness levels, including new mums and people who are simply looking to mix up their training and have a great time. Classes take place on Monday and Friday at 8.45am, and on Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm at the Neo Horizon playground, and on Saturday at 8.30am at Siena Two.
