The first-ever Graffiti Design Competition in DB was a huge success thanks to the participation of DB students, schools and community! A huge thank you to everyone who voted and well done to all finalists!
The DB community has been voting for their favourite designs and the results are now in! Congratulations to Eric Wang of Hong Kong International Learning Academy for winning the primary category, and Rishima Mathur of Discovery College for winning the secondary category.
Eric and Rishima’s designs will be painted on the gate of [email protected] in April and all shortlisted entries will be exhibited at [email protected]
A job well done to Lucía Campos, Atharv Garg, Samuel Young, Juliet Kong, Wyom Dutt, Eva Chirkova, Jaslyn Seyal Thind, Alika Wong, Chloe Wong and Hazel Wun for also winning top prizes in the competition!
The Graffiti Design Competition in DB was launched as part of a revitalisation project taking place in DB, in which an unused refuse collection chamber will be transformed into a ‘Green Exhibition Centre’ to display the different environmental initiatives being implemented in the community and act as a food and glass recycling demonstration and operation centre.Tags: graffiti design competition
