Avocado Chocolate Mousse recipe

Gluten-free, vegan, egg-free, nut-free, dairy-free, soy-free, refined sugar-free, paleo, raw.

Serves 2

• 3 large ripe avocados
• ¼ cup raw cacao powder
• 3-6 tbsp coconut milk (or any non-dairy milk)
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 2 tbsp maple syrup (or raw honey if not vegan)

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for a minute or until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve with berries of your choice and raw cacao nibs.
