Eight-year-old DC student publishes children’s book

Year 4 Discovery College student, Humza Bazarwala has self-published a children’s book, titled The Ant and the HudHud.

With a powerful message to help others no matter how small you are, Humza has sold 320 copies and hopes to sell the remaining 180 copies in the next couple of weeks.

Humza is donating 100% of the proceeds to The White Helmets, a group of over 3,000 volunteers that operate in parts of rebel-controlled Syria who rescue victims in the civil war.
