Voting is now open in the Eureka Socks and Around DB Sock Design Competition 2016!
- Written by arounddb, 3 October 2016
Primary school students across DB have been busy over the last few weeks designing their animal-themed entries with some fabulous results!
The winning designs from each school are shown below.
The children are all very excited as the top three winning designs, voted for by the DB community, will be made into real socks by DB-based garment company Eureka Socks. The socks will be available to buy in DB schools' uniform shops from the end of October, along with a new range of school socks.
To vote, please add a comment below, or go to the pinned post on the Around DB Facebook page and 'like' the picture of the design that you would like to win.

Eureka Socks started up after concerned DB parents read about cancer-causing substances found in school uniforms and in branded clothing. Eureka Socks’ manufacturing partners all have the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certificate (“Confidence in textiles”). This is the best known, independent, global certification for textiles tested for harmful substances. Eureka Socks are made from bamboo, making them soft, breathable, antibacterial and very comfortable.
