Hong Kong's largest ESF kindergarten opens in Tung Chung

The English Schools Foundation (ESF) opened its fifth Hong Kong kindergarten in Tung Chung last month, a welcome addition to the English-medium schools available for children on Lantau.

With over 300 students enrolled, ESF International Kindergarten Tung Chung is the largest ESF kindergarten in Hong Kong and builds on the success of the four existing schools. Catering for children aged three to five, the school has a low student-teacher ratio, enabling a personalised approach to learning.

Speaking this week, ESF Chief Executive Officer Belinda Greer said that the school's aim is "to provide a quality, inquiry-based international education for the Tung Chung and neighbouring communities" in a custom-designed facility "equipped to the highest standards, providing a spacious and highly interactive learning environment."

ESF is the largest provider of English-medium international education in Hong Kong, with 22 schools across the city. For more information, visit www.esfkindergartens.org.hk/schools/tung-chung
