A 10-year-old boy was found dead at the Cheung Hang Estate in Tsing Yi on Monday evening, after apparently falling from the 23rd floor where he lived with his parents and grandmother.

It is not yet clear whether the boy fell accidentally, however his 55-year-old grandmother, who was looking after him at the time, has been arrested on suspicion of child neglect, after leaving him to play while she cooked dinner. It is understood that the boy's parents were not at home at the time.
