District Council Elections: Lantau results

The District Council elections saw a record voter turn-out yesterday in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Chief Executive CY Leung said the turn-out, of about 1.4 million voters, attested to the importance of the District Councils’ role and function.

The results have seen incumbent Amy Yung returned to represent Discovery Bay on the Islands District Council.
