A tin Buddha made with 10,000 cans of seafood

Don't miss the giant Buddha, made of canned seafood at Hong Kong International Airport.

The structure was built to help raise awareness about world hunger. The 2.4-metre tall sculpture is made up of 61 layers of cans from more than 10,000 different seafood tins. Different colour cans help illustrate the Buddha’s facial features and robe.
